acquire relevant photos, graphics and design a logo if requested
decide on a layout, this will include:
color schemes
fonts
media - sound or animation, if required
backgrounds
continue to update the site with a weekly/monthly news item
include topical issues, if required
add a shopping cart and credit card processing if required
maintenance and regular updates
register sites with search engines
